LONDON, May 16. A London innovation and one that promises to be more popular than thq new traffic signs is the “ twin ” park seat. This is built to accommodate strictly two people only. That normally prosaic body, the London County Council, is responsible for this romantic departure from orthodoxy. It believes that couples who sit in parks like to talk without being overheard, and is prepared to install twin seats wherever there is a demand for them.
