HANDICAPPER TO SOUTHLAND RACING CLUBS Special to tlie Daily Times INVERCARGILL, May 12. Mr J. A. White, Jun., racing writer of the Evening Star, Dunedin, has been appointed handicapper to the racing clubs in Southland He will take over his duties on October 1. There were 17 applicants.
