INJURIES PROVE FATAL

p.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Apl. 14. Fatal injuries were suffered by a young man in a collision in the city at 10.30 a.m. yesterday. He was Ronald W. Smart, aged about 25, a tramway motorman, of 24 Mcßratney’s road. Dallington. Smart was a pillion ''Passenger on a motor cycle driven by Marvyn James Philp, of 18 Forbest street. Sydenham. The motor cycle was involved in a collision with a truck driven by Thomas Ball, of 511 Moorhouse avenue.
