CROQUET TOURNAMENT FIRST ROUNDS PLAYED Play commenced at Logan Park yesterday morning in the Otago Croquet Association’s annual tournament. Entries were received from 67 contestants representing many districts in the South Island. The opening ceremony was performed by the Deputy Mayor, Cr Wright. The tournament is being managed by Mrs J. McDonald’ and is expected to last 10 days.
