Sir.—ln Tuesday’s Daily Times I was attracted by the letter stating that the family benefit should have been increased to 15s. I disagree with this, as even with the family benefit being available to each and all. I have seen where the children are the ones who definitely do not reap the benefit.

Being one of a large family when there was no family benefit. I never "'was neglected. I think we are lucky getting 10s a wek. —I am. etc.. Mother of Four.
