FARM WORKER KILLED

EXPLOSION OF LOG GUN p.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 5. Apparently killed by the explosion of a log gun with which he was working, Francis Isaac Mulligan, employed on D. K. Ower’s farm at Waipara, was found dead at. 11 a.m. to-day. Milligan was a single man, aged 69. An inquest, will be opened to-morrow morning.
