Members of the National Maritime Union are voting in their ports throughout the United States on the proposal to give the union's national office power to involve boycotts against ships carrying munitions from the United States to Greece, Palestine and Indonesia. The result of the ballot will be known in a few days. CEASE-FIRE ORDER VIOLATIONS Rec. 11 p.m. BATAVIA, Sept. 5. A Dutch Army communique to-day accuses the Republicans of more than 1800 violations of the cease-fire order since Jogjakarta issued an order on August 5. The daily average for the last 10 days has been 34. The communique adds that 347 infringements of the cease-fire order have been inside Dutch occupied areas.
