BARQUE PAMIR

TO LOAD FOR BRITAIN P.A. • WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. The barque Pamir is due to leave Wellington for Britain by way of Cape Horn on September 17. This will be the first time in over seven years that a sailing ship has left these shores to round that notorious southern cape. After docking for one or two days next week, the Pamir is expected to commence loading on Wednesday. She will take wool, hides and tallow to the United Kingdom.
