New Zealand to Send Goodwill Messages
Parliamentary Reporter WELLINGTON, Aug. 14. The Royal Titles Bill, which provides for the omission of the words “ Emperor of India ’’ from the Royal Style and Titles following the formation of the new dominions in India, will be discussed by the House of Representatives to-morrow. ' Before the House adjourned last night the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, said that as the dominions were being inaugurated to-movrow it was very appropriate that the Bill should be considered. It would provide an opportunity to send messages of goodwill to the new dominions.
