JAPANESE PEACE TERMS MR FRASER TO ATTEND P.A. WELLINGTON, Aug. 14. The Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, announced after a Labour Party caucus this afternoon that he would attend the conference at Canberra on August 26, to. discuss the British attitude to the forthcoming Japanese peace talks. Mr Fraser will be accompanied by Mr A. D. Mclntosh. Secretary of External Affairs, and other officials, and will travel by air, being absent approximately 10 days.
