ALBANY TEAMS MEET
Albany A beat the second Albany senior team by 4 goals to 2 in a fast game at the Oval. A goal from S. Shrimpton’s stick gave the B.’s an early lead, hut the A team forwards found the net twice before the end of the first spell. N. Mong scored both of these goals. Albany A attacked in the second spell, and Mong passed the ball to J. Robertson, the centreforward, who beat the ’keeper. Mong scored his third goal when H. Crooks passed across the goalmouth.
