AGREEMENT SIGNED

YUGOSLAVIA AND BULGARIA POLITICAL CO-OPERATION Rec. 10 p.m. BELGRADE, Aug. 3. The Yugoslav and Bulgarian Governments, in a joint communique, have announced an agreement which includes a mutual assistance pact, also full economic, political and cultural co-operation. Yugoslavia, in the agreement, has given up £6,125,000 worth of reparations due to her from Bulgaria under the peace treaty. Reuter’s correspondent says the agreement has virtually wiped out the Yugoslav-Bulgarian frontier, because it provides for a delimitation of entry and exit visas, and a two-party ownership of all properties along the frontier, as well as an eventual Customs union. Clauses covering the Yugoslav and Bulgarian frontier replace the border convention of 1939.
