REFUSAL TO ASSIST PASSAGE OF DUTCH LINER Rec. 10 p.m. CAIRO, Aug. 2. The Wafdist newspaper, A 1 Misri, says Egyptian workers on the Suez Canal decided to refuse to assist the passage through the canal of the Dutch liner Voledam carrying 2000 Dutch reinforcements and war material for Indonesia.
