American Ambassador Promises Prompt and Rapid Developments
Rec. 10 p.m. THE HAGUE, Aug. 3. The United State* Ambassador, Dr Herman Baruch, handed to the Dutch Foreign Minister, Count van Boetzelaer van Oosterhout, the Security Council’s decision on the Indonesian fighting and the American offer of mediation. Dr Baruch said: “You can expect prompt and rapid developments. The United States offer must be considered to be completely informal and very elastic.”
