MISSION TO SAMOA

CONFERENCE IN DOMINION ARRIVAL THIS MONTH Rec. 9 p.m. NEW YORK, June 10. The Trusteeship Council’s mission to Western Samoa expects to arrive at Samoa on July 3 after a preliminary conference at Wellington. Four United Nations officials, who are accompanying the mission, will leave New York by Air on Tuesday and expect to reach Wellington on June 26. The Secretariat said to-day that if extra secretarial employees were needed, they would be recruited in New Zealand. Mr Francis Sayre, of the United States and chairman of the mission, excepts to reach New Zealand shortly before the Secretariat party.
