BRITISH SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEME Rec. 10 p.m. LONDON, May 26. The Minister of National Insurance, Mr James Griffiths, said at the Labour Conference at Margate last night that dominion repre sentatives had been examining the details of Britain’s new social security scheme. He said similar schemes might eventually be established throughout the Empire. “We are aiming at having one card for the whole commonwealth,” he said.
