MINOR LEAKS

wanganella still in dock

P.A. ‘ WELLINGTON, May 26. The Wanganella was not removed to-day from the floating dock. After the dock was submerged to a depth of 18 feet investigations revealed some minor ieaks which it was decided to remedy before moving the ship. Mr D. E. Eadie, marine superintendent of Huddart Parker, Ltd., stated that while it would have been quite possible to move the Wanganella today, it had been considered advisable to'leave it until to-morrow to ensure that no further work would be necessary on arrival at Clyde Quay.
