It has been found necessary to transfer to the St. Kilda gi'een the section play formerly arranged to take place on the Dunedin green in the leads and seconds tournament on Saturday.

SATURDAY’S MATCHES The anual match for-the Log of Wood Trophy between members of the Alhambra Football Club and the Opoho Bowling Club was played under good weather conditions on Saturday. Mr A. G. Johnson, senior vice-president, welcomed the visitors. Six rinks took part and the result was a win for Alhambra by the narrow margin of two points. The scores were as follows: Opoho.—Hutton 25, Chapman 16, Logan 19, Johnston 17 Johnson 16, Evans 9; total 102. Alhambra.—Crawford 19, Lambeth 21, Gray 14, Deuchrass 11. Austin 14, Sutherland 25; total 104.
