The position so far as Dunedin is concerned is that when a permit is applied for to erect a hut on rented property a plan of toe proil'jsed building must be submitted to the building surveyor, and it must bear the endorsement of the landowner. If th” structure is built on skids, the tenant is 'at liberty at any time to remove it, but it would appear that before a permit is issued the consent of the landowner must be obtained.
