CAR CONVERSION

TERM OF IMPRISONMENT (P.A.) WANGANUI, Oct. 22. One month’s imprisonment was imposed by Mr J. S. Salmon, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day on a man who admitted a car conversion. He was Ernest George Williams, aged 26. married. “ There is only one way to stop this sort of offence, and that is by imposing imprisonment,” declared the magistrate.
