“EXPLOITERS OF MANKIND”

Sir,—l see “ Matilda ” has come to light again. I thought she was down for the count. She sure is some good on abuse, but that is only a sign of weakness. It is surprising how few people will come right out into the open and declare themselves National Party supporters—very different from Labour Party supporters, who are all proud of the fact. This is even more noticeable since the people of Great Britain threw off the shackles after generations of slavery with long hours, small wages and no holidays, only to provide big dividends for the capitalists and combines. “ Matilda •' says Mr Semple will find many people have changed their politics. " Matilda ’ will get the shock of her life when the numbers go up.—l am, etc., Karitane, October 14. O. Johnston.
