LAW UNTO HIMSELF
FAMOUS CARTOONIST (N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent.) LONDON,'Oct. 15. David Low, the famous New Zealand cartoonist, is “ above the law,” according to Mr Richard Stubbs, Palestine Government public relations officer. Reuter’s correspondent states that Mr Stubbs made this statement at a press conference in Jerusalem, when answering a complaint by a Jewisii newspaperman that Low’s cartoons of the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem were passed by the censor for publication in Palestine. while Jewish cartoonists were forbidden to use the ex-Mufti as a subject.
