MEETING OF EXECUTIVE
A meeting of the eexcutive of the Otago Women’s Hockey Association was held on Monday Those present were Mrs Sonntag (in the chair), Mesdames Ives and Welham, Misses Warburton. Wilson, Smith, Henderson, and Mr Leith. It was decided to play the B 1 Grade match Otago v. Fern on Saturday on the Oval No. 1, at 3 p.m. (referees. Messrs C. Kilpatrick and w McLeod). The following team, representing the Rest, will plav Taieri at Mosgiel at 2.45 p.m. on Saturday:—E. MacGregor, B. Turnbull. E. Groves, D. Thomson. N. Kelleher, H Baker, J Wills (captain), E. Shaw, D. Hendry, J. Calder, B Hendry. The Men's Hockev Association has been granted permission to use two grounds on the Oval on September 14 and 28 Advice has been received from the vjorth Otago Association of a one-grade •even-a-siqe tournament to be held at Orana Park on September 7, commencing at r.oon Entries must be received by the secretary.
