FINAL APPEAL LOST

GREEK LABOUR EXECUTIVE DISMISSAL CONFIRMED LONDON, Aug. 10. The Greek Council of State, as the final appeal authority, rejected the appeal by former leaders of the Greek Confederation of Labour against dis.missal by the Government, states Reuter's Athens correspondent. The Government acted under the decree of July 26 declaring the federation's executive illegal, although the executive was elected in March in the presence of British, French, and Russian repersentatives of the World Federation of Trades Unions, which recognises the dismissed Greek Council.
