CITY POLICE COURT

A young man, publication of whose name was prohibited in the meantime, was charge! in the City Police Court on Saturday morning with being without lawful excuse, but in circumstances which did not disclose the commission of or intention to commit a crime, on premises at Anderson’s Bay. The accused, for whom Mr E. J. Anderson appeared, was remanded until Wednesday next, bail being allowed in his own recognisance of £25. Mr W Jacobsen, J.P., and E. Longworth, J.P., were on the Bench.
