NATIONAL PARTY

A pleasant gathering was enjoyed by National Party supporters at the centre In High street. Mrs Campbell, of St. Clair, gave a talk covering* many points of interest to women. Amongst those present were Mesdames Starr, Tomkins, and Kirk (St. Clair), Maskew (Roslyn), Hinkley (Dunedin North), J. Green (Abbotsford), Murdoch and Hay (Brighton), Ness (Mosgiel), and the Misses Burton and Gillies (Roslyn). As a mark of appreciation, Mrs Arthur Gordon (Mosgiel), who was the hostess, presented to Mrs Campbell an attractive spray of flowers.
