DAIRY PRODUCE
SUPPLIES TO FACTORIES PROVISION FOR APPEAL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 25. An announcement that an amendment to the Dairy Supply Control Order had now been Gazetted and that Sir Francis Frazer deputy chairman of the Executive Commission of Agriculture, had been appointed Appeal Authority to deal with appeals from cream suppliers wishing to supply a cheese factory was made to-nigh* by the Minister of Agriculture, Mr P Roberts. This had been done, he sah at the request of the Dairy Board, which however, considered that the retention of the order was necessary, The Minister said that another amendment gave suppliers of milk to cheese factories the right to change from one cheese factory to another during the free months of the daiffy season, namely June and July in the North Island and July and August In the South Island.
