“REBECCA”

REPERTORY PRODUCTION Against a background of chilling mystery and eeriness, “ Rebecca.” from the novel by Daphne Du Maurier, will be presented at His Majesty’s Theatre to-night by the 'Dunedin Repertory Society. The season will be of four nights. Under the careful guidance of Miss Kathleen Falconer, a strong cast of repertory players will portray the hopes and courage of those who challenged the mysteries lurking behind the towered splendour at Manderley —Rebecca de Winter's .stately Tudipr mansion in Cornwall. The scenes in the great house of Manderley are filled with suspense, and the dramatic climax reaches exceptional heights. Box plans are at the D.I.C.
