UNIVERSITY A’S WIN

Playing at Logan Park, University A had little difficulty in accounting for Albany A, and when the final whistle was blown the students had scored 11 goals and their opponents had failed to score. Albany’s problem was to cope with the onrushes of the University forwards, and in this respect • their d fence was found lacking. The University inside-right, B. V. Kyle, had a geld day, and was responsible for seven of his side’s 11 goals. L. Poole, inside-left, netted three, and the remaining goal was scored by G. Jones. The referees were Messrs H. Pickup and A. Hamilton.
