And it is Hereby Further Notified that at its Meeting to be held on JULY 23, 1946, at the County Chambers, Balclutha. the Clutha County Council intends to make and levy a General Rate for the year ending MARCH 31, 1947, of 1.35 d in £ in Clinton Totvn District and 2.7 d in £ in all other parts of the County on the Capital Rateable Value of all rateable properties appearing on the Valuation Rolls of the County, such rate to be payable in one sum on SEPTEMBER 1. 1946, at the County Office, Balclutha. Such Rate to be subject to a rebate of 2J per cent, on so much of the rates as are paid within 30 days, and 10 per cent, to be added to all rates UNPAID after FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 1947. IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that, pursuant to a direction in that behalf, the Clutha County Council, at its next meeting to be held on TUESDAY, JULY 23, 1946, at the County Chambers, Balclutha, intends to make and levy, on behalf of the Southland Catchment Board, an administrative rate for the year ending on March 31, 1947, of one-tenth of a penny (l-10d) in the Pound (£) on a uniform scale on the Capital Value of all rateable property of that portion of the Southland Catchment District as is within the confines of the Clutha County, such rate to be payable in one sum on SEPTEMBER 1, 1946, at the County Office, Balclutha.
