TRAVEL CLUB

Members of the TraveLClub met at the Savoy on Wednesday morning, when Mi C. B. Barrowolough gave an Interesting account of his experiences as deputy ludge advocate-general of the 2nd N.Z.E.F. Visitors welcomed to the club included Mis O'Grady (Wellington), Mrs D. McLachlan (Auckland). Mrs D. Smith (Wellington) Miss Laskin (Batavia), Mrs Christopher Stubles (Edinburgh), Mrs T. McDonald (Gore), Mrs E. J. Wallis (Invercargill). Mrs R H. McKenzie (Oamaru), Mr and Mrs Rowe (Hastings), and seven members of the Netherlands East Indies evacuee group at present in Dunedin. The hostesses were Lady Sidey and Mrs J Y Love.
