Green Island.—Mrs Moore presided. The motto was: “Any service we can perform for one another is the debt we owe one another ”; and the roll call, “ Suggestions for next year's programme. The election of officers resulted: President, Mrs Moore; vice-presidents, Mrs Bell, Miss McLean; secretary, Miss Westland; treasurer, Mrs Russell An afternoon meeting in conjunction with the local Red Cross was arranged to make medical supplies for China. The motto was: “Know all you say; say not all you know.” Mrs A. Carruthers was appointed delegate to the W.I. conference which will take place In Wellington in July. The competitions resulted: Bloom —Mrs Kent 1, Mrs Swan 2, Mrs Carruthers 3; vegetable—Miss McKenzie 1, Mrs Swan 2.
