RAJAH OF SARAWAK

RETURNING NEXT WEEK (Rec: 7 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 27. The Colonial Secretary, Mr G. H. Hall, announced in the House of Commons that the Rajah of Sarawak would be leaving for Sarawak on April 5. to take over administration from the military authorities. Arrangements have also been made for two members of Parliament, Mr R. Williams and Captain L. D. Gammans, to visit Sarawak in order to confirm by independent inquiry that the proposal for the rajah’s cession of the territory to Britain ns acceptable to the native communities.
