ALLEGED DOPING OF HORSES
NO CHARGE AGAINST HIGGINS BOMBAY, Mar. 26. The magistrate discharged Alex Higgins, former Australian racehorse trainer, and 12 others who were arrested after police Inquiries into the alleged doping of racehorses. The police investigating officer told the court that he was unable to prefer a chaige.
