ACCIDENT AT RANDWICK
PROMISING FILLY INJURED (Rec. 8, p.m.) SYDNEY, Mar. 27. Courtship, well known as a promising' filly, met with a serious accident at Randwick to-day when she impaled herself on a broken fence. The fence tore her chest muscles, and possibly fractured the breast bone, but the veterinary surgeon has been able to get the filly to her feet. It is possible that her racing days are over. Courtship cost 1550gns as a yearling. She won her first five races, including the December Stakes and the Kirkham Stakes.
