SECOND SURVEY FLIGHT (P.A.) AUCKLAND. Feb. 18 An unofficial message received here states that the Pan-American Airways Skymaster plane, which is making a second Pacific survey flight from San Francisco, is expected to leave Tontouta, New Caledonia, for Whenuapai, at 8.30 to-morrow morning. Unless the airliner is diverted to Norfolk Island, it should arrive early' to-morrow afternoon.
