TRIBES IN CAPETOWN DRIVEN DOWN BY DROUGHT CAPETOWN, (Rec. 11.50 p.m.) Jan. 7. Parents have been warned not to allow their children to wander about unescorted owing to the danger of wandering tribes of baboons, who have been driven from the interior by drought. The baboons have been, wrecking gardens and houses and take a special delight in entering parked cars, ripping off windscreen wipers, and tearing up the upholstery.
