MATCH AGAINST SOUTHLAND
OTAGO TEAM ANNOUNCED
The sole selector (Mr S. F. Duncan) yesterday announced the following Otago team for the match against the touring Southland team at Carlsbrook on Friday and Saturday of next week: — L. D. Smith (Albion-Y.M.C.A.-North-East Valley), captain. W. A. Hadlee (Carisbrook A). L. ‘A. Watt (Kaikorai). G. H. Mills (Old Boys). R. Harwood (Carisbrook A). R. Silver (Albion-Y.M.C.A.-North-East Valley). C. D. G. Toomey (Grange-University). L. C. Baker (Grange-University). A. W. McDougall (Carisbrook A). L. A. Milnes (Carisbrook A). K. Burke (Kaikorai). T. A. Freeman, F. W. Bellamy, A. W. Roberts, T. C. Fraser, and C. F. W. Allcott were not available. Play will commence at 10 a.m. each day and will conclude at 6.30 p.m. on the Friday, and at 2 p.m. on the Saturday, when club matches will be played, beginning at 2 p.m.
