FORMER CAPTIVES OF JAPAN FLIGHT ACROSS TASMAN (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 16. Carrying 15 liberated internees from Japanese prison camps in Canton and Shanghai, a Dakota transport of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Transport Command arrived at Whenuapai this afternoon from Sydney. The internees had travelled from China to Perth by hospital ship and were flown across Australia in a R.A.F. Skymaster Transport to connect with the DaKoxa, which brought them to the Dominion. Following is a list of the passengers: Miss V. T. Bargrove, Miss E. L. Preece Mrs M. Nickless and two children, Mr and Mrs R. O. Metcalfe and two children, Messrs T. F. Knight, D. B. Scrimgeour, H. Wav, K. V. Thorne, and J. B. B. Cormack,
