Bourke; mother, Mrs J. J. Bourke, Lower Hutt, W. E. Coates; wife, Mrs G. Coates, Christchurch. G. O. Gatehouse; next-of-kin, Mrs M. King, Greymouth. Mrs E. G. Gibb; brother, Mr W. A.
