ARMY SERVICE BLACKLISTED DISSATISFIED WITH CONDITIONS (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 5. The Eire Medical Association has blacklisted the Irish Army Medical Service. A notice appearing in the Irish Journal states that owing to the inadequacy of pay, pension rights, and promotion prospects, the association regrets that it must advise that no doctor sliall now accept a position in the permanent army medical service or in the army reserve of officers under present conditions.
