MINOR COLLABORATORS
RELEASED ON PAYMENT OF FINES LONDON, Aug. 20. The Minister of Justice, M. Gregoire, announced that Belgian collaborationists charged with minor offences are being released on the payment of fines in proportion to their incomes. Regional commissions would be set up throughout Belgium, each composed of a magistrate and two patriots gaoled by the Germans, to study individual cases. Their decisions must be ratified by the President of the Military Court and two resistance officers before they become effective.
