PROBLEMS SOLVED BY RUSSIA MOSCOW, Aug. 30. The Polish President, M. Beirut, told the Soviet News Agency that the problem of compensating Poland for lost territories eastward by creating an appropriate frontier westward had been finally solved by Russia, although the need was recognised by both France and Britain. Now Poland could again become a sea Power. The new frontiers settled for ever the differences between Poland and Russia. Nothing henceforth would irripede the development of friendly relations between them.
