SCOUT NEWS

A meeting of Scoutmastes will be held on Tuesday next at 7.30 at Mr Kent’s office. The annual meeting of the Weston Group will be held on Tuesday at 7.30 at the Weston Hall. A meeting of the St. Paul’s Group will be held on Tuesday, June 19. ' , . , ~ . Scout troops are asked to assemble at Mr Hollamby’s property. North road, just past the racecourse, to-day at 1 p.m. Mr Hollamby has made a generous offer to the Scouts to augment their funds, and they will also be assisting the war effort. Scouts are asked to bring buckets to pick up potatoes. Each troop must have a Scoutmaster in charge. Through the courtesy of Lieutenant Bulloch, representatives of Scout troops were taken for a sea cruise.
