FISH MARKET
There was only a small consignment of fish at yesterday morning’s auction, resulting in prices being firmer for the limited quantity and variety offering. Quotations were as follows:—Lemon soles. 7jd to 8d per lb; English soles, 4gd to 5d per lb; flounders, 9jd per lb; ling, 4Jd per lb; red cod, 20s per large case.
