SPAN HOPELESSLY BROKEN LONDON. Mar. 20. The Remagen bridge mystery has been cleared up—it is down, says Reuter’s correspondent at Supreme Headquarters. The centre . span is hopelessly broken off and under water. Allied headquarters statements have been given out that repairs are almost completed and traffic should be moving in the near future, but it was explained at Allibd headquarters to-day thqt the reports from the front were received in a garbled condition. They should have read that repairs to the damaged truss of the bridge were almost complete when the centre span slumped wearily into the river. \
