LOW-LEVEL ATTACK
HEADQUARTERS DEVASTATED (Rec. 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 19. Second Tactical Air Force Typhoons, after waiting four days for suitable weather, yesterday in a low-level attack devastated the headquarters m Holland of Colonel-general Johannes Blaskowitz, commander-in-chief of the German army group on the north Rhine front, and the headquarters of General Frederich Christiansen, commander-in-chief of the German garrisons in tne Netherlands, reports Reuter's correspondent. . , Thousand-pounders, incendiaries, and rockets wrecked the country house and villas in which both headquarters were situated. The attack left the buildings under huge palls of smoke.
