ROATTA’S ESCAPE

NEGLECT OF VIGILANCE (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 17. The Rome radio says the commission appointed to investigate General Rpatta’s escape on March 6 found that tffree officers of the Italian Carabinieri were guilty of “ neglect of vigilance.” Disciplinary measures are being taken against them. Four other members of the Carabinieri who were found guilty of aiding and abetting will be punished in accordance with criminal law.
