DESERTED HITLER

GERMAN DIPLOMATS OFFICIALS IN SWITZERLAND (Rec. 8.45 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 4. Nine of the leading German diplomatic officials of the German colony in Switzerland deserted Hitler and refused to return to Germany when recalled, according to reports published in the Socialist newspaper Volksrecht, says Reuter’s Zurich correspondent. They are-Dr Exrauel, German Consulgeneral at Geneva in the autumn of 1943; Herr Kramer, the Berne correspondent of the Voelkischer Beobachter; Dr Reibstein, chief Berne correspondent of the German News Agency; Dr Trump, press attache at the Berne Legation; Prince Alois Auersperg, assistant air attache; Herr Graf and Herr Eber, culture attaches; Herr Gisevius and Herr Waetjen, German Consuls in Switzerland.
