DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE Bank of New Zealands were quoted at £2 4s 3d and £2 4s lOd, buyer and seller respectively, on the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday. National Insurances were wanted at £1 4s 9cl and Standards at £3 19s. P. and O. deferred stock had a buyer at' £2 Is. South Otago Freezings were sought at £6 as, and there was a buyer of Waitaki Freezing at £6 12s 6d. Buyers offered 4s for Guarantee Corporation shares, sellers holding out for 4s 4d. There was a buying offer of £2 Is for New Zealand Breweries, with sellers asking Is more. In the coal section, buyers ol' Westports quoted at £1 5s and Kaitangatas at £1 13s 3d. Kaiapoi ordinary shares were quoted at £1 4s Gd ( buy and £1 5s (seller), and Mosgiel Woollens had a buyer at £l3 ss. No seller was forward There was a buyer of Consolidated Bricks at 10s, with sellers asking 11s. Regent Theatre shares were quoted at IBs and £l. buyer and seller respectively.
